A Great Event for the Whole Family!

Stroll back in time and experience the night life of U.S. Army solders, Oregon Trail immigrants, and the residents of Fort Vancouver. Talk to the soldiers of the 1st Oregon Volunteer Infantry as they camp at Fort Vancouver in 1864.

1st Oregon Volunteer Infantry will do musket and howitzer firing demonstrations and will portray life as it was for these Oregon volunteers in 1864 while they were protecting the roads, keeping the peace and guarding against secessionist activities in Oregon.
